Why We Give Away Free Sports Picks
The best way to judge a handicapper is to hear one at work. For more than 38 years, Banker Sports has let its research speak for itself, and the free comp gives you a no-risk look at how our team reads a matchup, tracks line movement, and decides when a play is worth making. If you like what you hear, our packages deliver the full card from all five of our handicappers — on the same 24/7 picks line.
Free Sports Picks FAQ
What is the free comp?
The free comp (short for complimentary) is the Banker Sports free comp of the day — a free sports pick you can hear online or by phone. It’s our way of letting you hear how our handicappers break down a game before you buy anything. Think of it as a sample of the work that goes into every package.
Do I need an account to hear free picks today?
No. Just press play on this page, or call the picks line at (206) 202-2265 and press 3, then #. There is no sign-up, no credit card, and no strings attached. Bookmark this page and check back each day for the newest pick.
How often are the free sports picks updated?
The free comp is updated daily by the Banker Sports team. The date under the player shows when the current pick was posted, so you always know you’re hearing the latest one.
What sports do the free picks cover?
The free comp follows the calendar — NFL and college football in the fall, NBA and college basketball in the winter, and MLB in the summer. Whatever is on the board, our handicappers are working it.
How is a package different from the free pick?
The free comp is a single play. Our sports picks packages give you a handicapper’s full set of selections for a day or week, ready to hear online the moment you buy or by phone with your 6-digit access code.
Who makes the picks?
Banker Sports has five handicappers, each with a different style: Bobby Banker, Billy Hill, Hank Best, The Wise Bros, and D.K. The Kid.
Are free sports picks guaranteed to win?
No pick is guaranteed — free or paid — and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise. Treat every play as one decision in a long season and only bet what you can afford to lose.
