Common Questions
How do I get my access code?
The moment your purchase goes through, your 6-digit access code and a Listen now link are emailed to the address on your order. Your picks are also saved under My Account.
I didn’t receive my code. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn’t there, contact Banker Sports at (206) 202-2265 or send a message using the form above and we’ll get you sorted out.
How do I listen to my pick?
Two ways. Tap Listen now on your order page, in your order email or in My Account to play it right on the site. Or call the Banker Sports picks line at (206) 202-2265, enter your 6-digit code followed by #, and hear your handicapper’s pick in their own words. The line is available 24/7.
Can I hear a free pick first?
Yes. We post a free comp pick regularly. Listen on the Free Comp page or call the picks line to hear the latest one.
Which handicapper is right for me?
Each of our five handicappers has a different style — Bobby Banker, Billy Hill, Hank Best, The Wise Bros, and D.K. The Kid. Read their profiles or give us a call and we’ll help you choose.
Do you offer custom plays?
Yes. If you’re looking for something beyond our standard packages, contact Banker Sports by phone or send a message and we’ll talk through what you need.
