These terms apply when you use bankersports.com, buy a picks package or call the Banker Sports picks line. Banker Sports is owned and operated by Nationwide Tele-Communications. By buying or using our service you agree to these terms.
1. What we offer
Banker Sports sells sports handicapping information: our handicappers’ opinions on sporting events, delivered by recording online and through our picks line. We are an information service. We do not accept, place or process bets, and we are not a sportsbook.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 21 years old. You are responsible for following the laws where you live, including any laws about sports betting.
3. No guarantee of results
Our picks are opinions based on research. Sports results are unpredictable and past results don’t guarantee future ones. You alone decide whether and how much to bet, and you accept all risk. We are not responsible for any losses. Any package-specific promise (for example “next Saturday is free”) applies only as written in that package’s description.
4. Buying a package
- Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payment is processed by PayPal.
- After payment you receive a 6-digit access code and a Listen now link by email, and the pick is saved in your account.
- Picks are available while the package is active, usually until the games start. After that the code and link stop working.
5. Refunds
Because picks are delivered the moment you buy, all sales are final.
6. Your access code and account
Your code, Listen now link and account are for you only. Don’t share, resell or publish them, or post our picks anywhere. We may cancel codes and close accounts that are shared or misused, without refund. Keep your email account secure, since sign-in links are sent there.
7. Our content
All picks, recordings, rundowns, posts, logos and other material on the site and picks line belong to Banker Sports. You may listen for your own use; you may not copy, record, resell or redistribute them.
8. Free picks and rundowns
The Free Comp, Big Shots and Best of the Rest are free for personal use and may change or be unavailable at any time.
9. Limits on our liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Banker Sports isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including betting losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the package involved.
