This policy explains what information Banker Sports (“we”), operated by Nationwide Tele-Communications, collects when you use bankersports.com or our picks line at (206) 202-2265, how we use it and the choices you have. We don’t sell your personal information.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, phone number and billing address, and what you bought. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Your account: we create an account for you when you buy a package, using the details on your order. If you set a password it is stored encrypted. Sign-in links we email you work once and expire.
- When you contact us: your name, email and message from the contact form, or what you tell a customer representative by phone.
- When you call the picks line: our phone provider records call details such as your phone number, the time of the call and the keys you press, so the line can play your pick.
- When you browse: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived (for example from a search engine or an ad), collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it

Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your information. If we ever send you news or offers by email, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.
Age
Our service is for adults 21 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
